The Bank offers a Bank Officer Training (BOT) Program that prepares selected candidates for the role of Officer level positions. This BOT program is primarily responsible for developing strong functional competencies in four main areas of Banking including Credit and Loan Documentation (Loan Write-ups, Structuring Loans, Spreading Financial Statements), Retail Banking (Teller, Customer Service, Personal Banking), Commercial Lending and Business Development (Cash Management, Commercial Bank Products, Sales), and Residential Mortgage Lending (Loan Applications, Products, Prospecting).
